Angela responded promptly to my request. She is so knowledgeable about everything to do with maintenance. She took care of the things I told her needed to be taken care of. She is very dependable.

Very nice Units, HOA fee might be too high. For the fee being charged as an HOA the entrance to the Property looks abandoned. Definitely not the best first impression, action should be taken, this does not reflect what you expect for a Lake Nona location.

Jarret P customer service is truly remarkable. From the first meeting, he made us feel comfortable which is not something I felt the first time I looked at Beazer property. He was with us throughout the process and fully communicated any changes as well as addressed any concerns. Given the delay and the many changes, he kept a positive reassuring attitude that encouraged my mother and I to continue with the process. He's all around awesome!
