    We really liked the options of floor plans and the ability to find one that was an open plan which we desired. We also like the ability to upgrade certain finishes, but to also add electrical, pool wiring, and gas line options during the build to save on being done after the fact. We also like the location and view, and appreciate the size of the gated community.
