Your Energy Series Home is Built for What’s Ahead
Beazer’s Energy Series defines what it means to build ahead of standards and expectations. That’s why the foundation of every home begins ENERGY STAR® certified and Indoor airPLUS qualified. From there, our team is hyper-focused on including premium materials and high-caliber construction processes designed to increase performance and efficiency. After all, as a leader in building quality, energy-efficient homes, we believe it isn’t enough to build for today’s standards—we build homes for tomorrow and beyond. Dare we say, the future?
Welcome to your Energy Series home.

Are you READY for solar?
Adding solar to your home can further reduce your monthly energy costs and save resources for future generations. While READY homes come prepped for you to add your own solar, we now offer Ready homes with Solar at select Beazer communities.
Ready Homes with Solar are first and foremost certified as a DOE Zero Energy Ready Home like our standard READY homes. What makes a READY home with Solar different is the installed solar energy system that’s included in the base price. Now, your home is so energy efficient, most, if not all, of the annual energy consumption of the home is offset by solar.

Disclaimer: ENERGY STAR® and the ENERGY STAR marks are registered trademarks owned by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. To earn ENERGY STAR certification, a home must meet strict guidelines set by the EPA for energy performance. Each home is certified by an independent third-party inspector. Please visit https://www.energystar.gov/newhomes for details.
Indoor airPLUS is the EPA program for new homes that builds on the ENERGY STAR program to recognize indoor air quality (IAQ) features in a new home. Through this EPA partnership, Beazer has committed to promoting indoor airPLUS qualified homes that provide homeowners with improved IAQ. To earn the indoor airPLUS label, a home must meet strict guidelines set by the EPA for improving IAQ. Just like ENERGY STAR, the home is certified by an independent third-party inspector. Builders employ a variety of construction practices and technologies to improve the IAQ in new homes. Construction specifications include moisture and mold control, radon resistant construction (where applicable), pest barriers, effective heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems, safe combustion, and healthier building materials. Actual energy utility costs, solar generation and impact of solar offsets will depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to, personal energy usage, household size, rates, fees and charges of local energy providers, individual home features and orientation, shading onsite or from neighboring properties, appliances and local climate conditions. Homes located in multifamily communities may be limited or unable to install solar. Beazer makes no representation or warranty regarding whether solar will be installable, or the solar generation or offset capability if installed, in a particular home. Solar generation is estimated using the PV Watts calculator developed by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory: https://pvwatts.nrel.gov/. Because numerous factors and inputs affect solar generation, buyers should not rely solely or substantially on solar generation estimates in deciding to purchase any Beazer home. Beazer also does not warrant or guarantee any particular level of energy use costs or savings will be achieved. The HERS® Index is a registered trademark of RESNET. HERS Index is based on the ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301 Standard for the Calculation and Labeling of the Energy Performance of Dwelling and Sleeping Units. The HERS Index rating shown is based on a specific home plan as designed (not as built). The actual HERS Index rating on a Beazer home as built will be calculated by a RESNET-certified independent energy evaluator based on an on-site inspection and may vary from the as-designed rating shown on the label depending on factors such as changes made to the applicable home plan, different appliances or features, and variation in the location and/or manner in which the home is built. Typical used homes are benchmarked at HERS 130 by the U.S. Department of Energy. Typical newly constructed homes (HERS 59-99) are representative of a code-built home, as determined by DOE, and vary based on many factors including applicable code requirements and climate zone. Typical New Home HERS data does not include solar offsets and is based on the characteristics of a code-built version of a model home in the community that may or may not be similar to the estimated plan. Beazer has no affiliation with RESNET, or any other provider mentioned, all of whom are third parties. For more information: http:// www.resnet.us. In CA and select communities where solar is included in the base price of the home, estimated average monthly energy costs will generally include anticipated solar offset.
