During the 1 year warranty inspection there was some tiles and touch ups that needed to be done. He made sure to schedule everything and make it stress free. I was very pleased with the completed job. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with our experience.
Richard B handled the warranty process professionally and thoroughly. We had to put off our warranty work for some time due to my wife having health concerns that puts her are high risk for an adverse reaction to COVID but he was accommodating to those concerns. The work was completed well and in a timely manner.
