Scott W is very responsive to service requests. He also follows through and calls to check on status of repairs (which is impressive these days). He is very knowledgeable about the trades and their processes. It is a pleasure to work with him.
Jessica was awesome and sent pictures weekly to keep us informed of the progress! Matt also was on top of any concerns or issues that we had and had them fixed in a timely manner. Love my new home!!
I have to tell you I never write anything and these things. But I have to write about vincent. He has not only done an excellent job in our house, I enjoy just talking with him. He always returns my text messages in minutes and makes me feel like I'm his only customer. That's the best that any service provider can do.
