My family was very impressed with the way Shawn communicated with me because I was virtual and not from the area. He walked me through everything. My family thought that was very organized, and now they are interested in purchasing with Beazer. I like some of the quality of some of the items in the home more than other houses I have owned. They do a good job of offering different selection choices.

Cynthia and Shawn went above and beyond in helping me. I bought as construction had just started. My work required me to be in Wisconsin during most of construction and they answered all my questions and kept in informed. Cynthia guided me through settlement, I had a lot of questions and she got me answers for all of them. Shawn was great during the pre-closing inspection and very responsive to a few concerns I had.
