My wife and I recently visited the community and had the pleasure of working with Anna R. From the moment we arrived, Anna was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through the community, explain all the features, and answer every question we had in detail.

I greatly appreciated Jonathan responding to my text and inquires quickly any time I had an issue come up. He went above and beyond to get the necessary repairs scheduled.

Jonathan F is fantastic. He quickly responds to warranty issues and is reasonable, even if the end result is something that is not covered. He also stays on top of contractors to schedule repairs, and follows up afterwards to make sure the repair is complete.

I'm happy to find a place in Universal City with new built homes close to Randolph AFB. The energy efficiency and excellent floor plans are both valuable to me as a citizen and a consumer.

I would like to recognize John F., the warranty representative. He was always very professional. He went above and beyond on a lot of our work request. Everything was done in timely manner. He made sure to handle all of our issues, even after the one-year expired. Obviously, he couldn't get the work done immediately, but he still checked with us regularly to make sure those work orders were taken care of. He did an outstanding job and was very professional.

Beazer has made my new home purchase a living nightmare! The workmanship and quality of the build is beyond one of the worst I have ever experienced! I choose to have all tile floors which were incorrectly installed with uneven surfaces 3/32nds height difference between tiles. The tile installation company just replaced the floor tiles in the whole house and incorrectly installed them again with uneven surfaces and 5/32 now! 😡 I have contacted a certified floor inspector who confirmed the issue
