Irving from Goodyear went above and beyond. I was not expecting Beazer to do a yearly directive inspection but when Irving reached out to me about it I was a happy home owner. Irving communication and attention to detail along with working with my schedule to manage his trades allowed for a smooth process to complete repairs. Thanks Irving for your help and professionalism and making things right in my model home.

The entire team we dealt with from the sales representative (Courtney) and construction personnel (Scott S & Irving L) were all excellent about keeping us informed and addressing our concerns.

I've even let a family member know that they should request Irving when they close on their home later this year in a community that Irving also works in.
