We had a very positive experience from the moment we called inquiring about the home and from that point on. We were out of town, living in California, and their ability to work with us from afar was outstanding, which is not typical. We were kept in the loop even though we weren't close by. From that point on, it met every expectation. It has only been a week, but we love our home and the developments. It is a great value.

Cynthia and Shawn went above and beyond in helping me. I bought as construction had just started. My work required me to be in Wisconsin during most of construction and they answered all my questions and kept in informed. Cynthia guided me through settlement, I had a lot of questions and she got me answers for all of them. Shawn was great during the pre-closing inspection and very responsive to a few concerns I had.

We love our homes interior space, and Shawn has been very good at addressing small issues that we found. As for the landscaping, its bad and does not appear as was promised. Our deck post were not wrapped as 90% of other homes were. We did not find this out until the final walkthrough on day of settlement. We now wish we had held off and insisted this be done. Most importantly, the HOA is a nightmare!
