What to Bring to Your Closing

Your Beazer Closing Coordinator will provide an estimated date for closing on your new home. When the big day arrives, plan to bring the following to your closing appointment:
  • Valid photo ID for each borrower, including spouses, on your loan
  • Certified funds for down payment/closing costs (your Closing Coordinator can give you more details on the acceptable forms of payment)
  • Any conditions/documents your lender may have required that you provide at closing
  • All listed borrowers on the loan and the spouses of those who are legally married must be present

What You Will Receive at Your Closing

At your closing you will receive:
  • Warranty acknowledgement
  • Copies of signed closing documents
  • The set of keys to your new home

Beazer Home Warranty 12-Month

If you encounter issues after moving into your new Beazer home, you’ll have additional peace of mind knowing our Limited Home Warranty protects homeowners against major failures in mechanical systems and structural issues. It also covers construction defects, along with materials and workmanship as outlined in the Performance Quality Standards for the first 12 months after the date you close. Our warranty may also cover other issues for up to ten years, depending on the state. Please refer to your warranty for details.
