We came from a situation where our original builder filled bankruptcy, which really turned us off to building our new home. The team I worked with are extroardinary..Joanne Talevi helped us through the purchase process, Joann Krulokowski was wonderful as we worked thru the design studio. Joe Malinowski..what can I say..Joe had to deal with me almost every day during the four months of construction..!! He was simply outstanding in his performance of his day to day activities, while at the same time he assisted me with the coordinating of my after occupancy work. We love this house and thoroughly enjoyed the entire process.
