It all started back in November of 2007 when we visited Frisco, Texas to be present for the birth of our first granddaughter. During our visit we traveled over to Cobb Farm and talked with one of the few residents at that time about his Beazer home. The family had nothing but high praise for the fine workmanship and outstanding customer service. We also had the opportunity to visit one of the model homes and talk with the salesperson who was extremely helpful. When we returned to New York, we discussed how nice it would be to move to Frisco when we retired. We made it a point every year that followed that first visit to Cobb Farm, to call or stop by the sales office to give them the update on our retirement plans. Over the years we had spoken with Caren Gualandi, who stayed in touch with us via the phone or email, keeping us updated on homes in and around the Frisco area. In April of this year we sold our home in New York and the search for our new home began in Frisco, TX. Our first stop was to Cobb Farm where we met in person Caren Gualandi, who greeted us with open arms and sealed the deal on our new green home! It was a great journey.
