Beazer Homes takes pride in making sure you have a positive homebuilding experience. Not only do we solicit your feedback throughout the process, but you'll also have your very own Complete Care & Commitment Team. It's a group of dedicated home consultation professionals who will lead you through every step of the design and construction process. They'll even remain available to you for a short time after you move in. They'll keep you informed and involved in several ways:

• Pre-construction meeting, where you'll review plans, processes and schedules.
• Personalized website, where we'll provide customized reports, photos and schedules for your home.
• Design consultations, where your Design Studio Counselor will help you make your home unique.
• Home site visits, which allow you to monitor construction progress in person and ask any questions you may have.
• Pre-drywall tour, so your builder can show you the wiring, plumbing and other components that have been installed INSIDEtheWALLS
• New home orientation, where you'll learn about the operation of your home, including appliances, home technology, heating and cooling, warranty information, routine care and more.
• After you move in, when you can rest easy because your home consultation team will respond quickly to any concerns you have through our Customer Service Department.
