New Home Warranty
To protect our homeowners, Beazer offers a comprehensive Limited Warranty, administered by Professional Warranty Service Corporation, an independent third party.

Because we feel so confident about the performance of our homes, the Limited Warranty goes well beyond structural issues to cover construction defects, along with materials and workmanship as outlined in the Performance Quality Standards for the first year after the date that you close. Continuing coverage for major mechanical and electrical systems is available, along with manufacturers' warranties passed on to our homeowners at the time of closing.
