Request Home Warranty Policies

Beazer Homes includes a Limited Warranty with the purchase of every new Beazer Home. This Limited Warranty provides you peace of mind, as it is administered by Professional Warranty Service Corporation and backed by one of the largest insurance companies in the world. We believe it's one of the most comprehensive warranties available today. The warranty covers materials and workmanship, as outlined in the Performance Quality Standards, for the first year after the date that you close.

There is continuing coverage through the second year that includes specific components of your major mechanical systems and electrical system as outlined in the Performance Quality Standards. Most notably, the Limited Warranty covers defined construction defects for the entire warranty period, which varies by state. In addition, the Limited Warranty can be transferred to another buyer if you sell your home within the warranty period. However, the Limited Warranty doesn't cover any typical homeowner maintenance items such as changing your light bulbs or replacing your air filters.

Your kitchen appliances, air conditioning and heating, and roof, just to name a few examples, are covered by the manufacturers' warranties that Beazer passes along to you at closing (settlement). These manufacturers' warranties supplement the protection offered by the Limited Warranty.
